Books of the Bible
The Bible is a compilation of books. King James of England (1611) commissioned a group to compile a group of the writings of the early Christians and print them up in what we know today is the King James Version of the Holy Bible. The Book of Revelation made it into the Bible by only one vote. Those that were put in the New Testament are in red with their dates of origin. As we see here, many others did not make the cut.

This website also had a list of changes (contradictions and omissions from the KJV) in other versions. The Books above are linked to the Internet for more about each book.
